About Blue Shield Services

Security and risk management professionals, licensed in Victoria.

Blue Shield Services Pty Ltd is a security company licensed by the Victoria Police Licensing & Regulation Division, working in Melbourne and across Victoria. This page sets out who runs the company, how we work, and the standards an officer meets before they reach your site.

Managing Director’s message

More than a visual presence.

There is a growing need for professional security to offer more than a visual presence. My vision for Blue Shield Services is a complete security package: risk management, fire safety and crowd management, ending in complete protection.

Our management team, including our security consultants, brings over 30 years’ combined security and military experience. Our recruitment and training requirements exceed most industry guidelines, because we want officers who can demonstrate, judge and apply the skills they are accountable for.

Every new client receives a risk assessment by our experienced consultants, with recommendations or security upgrades, before any personnel are placed.

I welcome the opportunity to discuss how Blue Shield Services can streamline your operations, reduce your risk and protect your people and assets.

Our people

Recruited, checked and trained before they reach your site.

Every officer meets each of these standards before they are deployed to a client site.

A 12-week probationary training period, ending in an industry examination that must be passed with a 100% score.
